Geospatial Risk Prediction Sept 2023 - Oct 2023
A geospatial risk prediction model which foucus on gun violence in Chicago

As new predictive policing tools come out, it’s critical to provide sufficient contexts for geospatial risk models and take generalizability into consideration. In this project, I’ll look into a generalizable geospatial risk prediction model which foucus on crime. Specifically, I select the city of Chicago as the study area to further analyze the current gun violence in the city, and try to predict gun violence based on some variables which might affect the emergence of gun violence through the geospatial risk model.
